Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Patterns are not able to be returned in order to protect the copyright of the designer. Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Shop@TheStitchingCorner.com or use your account. If your return is accepted, you will be notified and receive an email containing your store credit. Items sent back to us that are damaged will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like patterns and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. When cancelling any items, you will be issued store credit less a 30% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, patterns, or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you'd like to have is to call and setup the exchange for the items. It is much faster for us to talk and get things setup for you.  


Refunds & Cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in Store Credit. Refunds for cancelling any item, will be issued store credit less a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations are only refunded in store credit.
