Processing & Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Tuesday-Friday, 10 AM - 3 PM EST), excluding holidays.

• Orders placed outside of business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

• Peak periods (February, March, and August, due to trade shows) may result in longer processing times.

• For custom orders, we will provide an estimated processing time when your request is placed.

Shipping Information

• We strive to keep shipping costs low and offer multiple options at checkout.

• Most orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, but we offer shipping upgrades at checkout if you need faster delivery.

• If you need your order by a specific date, let us know, and we can adjust shipping options accordingly.

• In some cases, we may change the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS to USPS) based on packaging or carrier limitations but will always maintain the same shipping speed.

International Shipping

• We do not collect customs fees, taxes, duties, or tariffs when shipping internationally.

• Any fees incurred at delivery are determined by your country’s tax regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We cannot calculate or predict these fees in advance, and The Stitching Corner is not responsible for any customs charges.
