About Hand-Dyed Sampler Threads: Each skein is hand-dyed to Antique Lace, so subtle color variations are expected—part of what makes hand-dyed thread special. Monitor colors may show lighter or darker tones than in person; this is normal with hand-dyed fiber. We recommend rinsing threads before stitching to remove any surface dye. Purchase slightly more than your pattern calls for if using multiple skeins for consistent color blending.

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-
- Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market, Expo, and Marketplace times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
- Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 6-18 weeks.
- Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
- Should you want to cancel any items within your order, it will be subject to our cancellation policies.
- If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives.
Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 shop business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together.
Cancellations
Refunds for cancelling any in stock item will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations for Preorder and Special order items are subject to an 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.
Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
