These will be sent to the shop Mid-March and will be available to be mailed or picked up in the shop. It’s a catalog of shops in all regions and being prepared will help you plan your trip around NYS to support your local shops! 

The All New York Shop Hop™ Magazine is your guide to all things about the event. In addition, you will find patterns, articles and resources for sewing and quilting. Your magazine will be a great reference even after the Shop Hop has ended. Use it as inspiration for a new project, or to find a quilt shop as you meander through New York. 

  • Magazines are only available from participating Shop Hop stores. Many stores will also sell the magazine online or over the phone and mail it to you.
  • Magazines will be in stores about 6 weeks before the event begins.
  • Your magazine will include an official Passport. Each person in your party will need a Passport in order to register for prizes.
  • Regional and state maps are included in the magazine to help you plan your routes. 
  • The magazine notes special hours for participating Shop Hop stores.
  • There are 5 quilt patterns inside too! 

Preorder & Special Order Information

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-

  • Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market, Expo, and Marketplace times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
  • Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 6-18 weeks.
  • Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
  • Should you want to cancel any items within your order, it will be subject to our cancellation policies. 
  • If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives. 

Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 shop business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together. 

Cancellations

Refunds for cancelling any in stock item will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations for Preorder and Special order items are subject to an 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.

Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
