Omanik Factory is a small-sized family business that specializes in making tools for handicraft. All tools undergo thorough quality control and frequent assessment to provide customers the best products available in the industry. Made in Estonia, Quantum Frames provide drum-tight tension for your needlework. The entire frame is made from Beech which has a very fine, even texture. Additionally, the side bars have an innovative piece which aids in achieving the desired tension, even on the sides of your work. It is recommended that you choose a rod length to allow for an additional half inch on each side of your fabric. For example, if your fabric is 18 inches, you should purchase a rod length that has a 19 inch working area. We are proud to be the only shop to offer Omanik Frames in the USA!

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-

  • Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market, Expo, and Marketplace times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
  • Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 6-18 weeks.
  • Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
  • Should you want to cancel any items within your order, it will be subject to our cancellation policies. 
  • If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives. 

Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 shop business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together. 

Cancellations

Refunds for cancelling any in stock item will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations for Peeorder and Special items are subject to an 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.

Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
