The April Quilt is a beginner-friendly pattern that’s perfect for showing off your favorite fabrics — whether that’s a fat quarter bundle, a Layer Cake, or a pile of scraps you’ve been meaning to use.

This quilt is designed to be fun to make. The simple blocks come together to create a bold, grid-style layout that feels structured but still has a lot of movement, especially when you mix prints or play with a rainbow or ombre layout. 

Inspired by looking through a window, this pattern works especially well with a layer cake. If you sew the squares in the same order you cut them, the prints line up to create a window-like view.

The construction is straightforward, making this a great project whether you’re newer to quilting or just want something relaxing to sew.

 

Preorder & Special Order Information

Terms & Conditions for Preorders and Special Order items-

  • Patterns generally arrive within a month of their release (Market, Expo, and Marketplace times can cause variation). New releases can be about a month while existing releases may only take a few days as they are simply being restocked.
  • Fabric will be dyed to order and time varies between the Dyers. Generally between 6-18 weeks.
  • Threads generally arrive within a few days to a month.
  • Should you want to cancel any items within your order, it will be subject to our cancellation policies. 
  • If I cannot fulfill your order due to supply issues or discontinuance, I will refund your original payment method and contact you for alternatives. 

Preorder & Special order items are NOT IN STOCK and will ship within 2 shop business days of arrival. If you order these items and other in stock items, your entire order will ship when your FULL ORDER is in stock. Please contact me if you need items from your order sooner, we can work on it together. 

Cancellations

Refunds for cancelling any in stock item will be issued as a Store Credit less a 30% restocking fee. Cancellations for Preorder and Special order items are subject to an 50% cancellation fee. All cancellations are refunded in Store Credit only.

Postage & Handling is not refundable as it is a service that is not refundable once a shipment is mailed and accepted by the carrier
